Music 2 (Music Theory)
This course, in examining the tonal resources of music, is of special help to students who either have, or are in the process of acquiring, applied knowledge of an instrument, such as the piano, guitar, voice, clarinet, etc. Among the topics explored are basic notation of pitch and rhythm, scales, intervals, triads, chords, and four-part harmonization. The course prepares for the Advanced Placement Exam in Music Theory.
