Latin 2
This course aims to complete the grammatical and syntactical foundation of Latin I and enable the students to read with confidence and success continuous prose in original Latin authors such as Caesar or Cicero. The introduction of the remaining moods of the verb and of further idiomatic expressions will enable the students to compose sentences to show understanding of the new material. Further cultural material is introduced commensurate with the progress in reading, as occasion offers.
