Donors Turn Out for On-Campus Blood Drive
April 2, 2008

Donors turned out in droves for this year's on-campus blood drive, held Monday, March 31, in the gymnasium, with 56 people rolling up their shirtsleeves to help save some lives.

Faculty, local parents, and students 17 years and older created a steady stream of donors for the four-hour drive.  The R.I. Blood Center, which had set a goal for the drive of 30 pints, had to close the doors early due to the large number of donors.  In all, 42 pints were collected.

Thank you to everyone who donated!
