8:00 am - 10:30 am Continental Breakfast available in the Upper Gym Foyer
8:00 am - 12:00 pm Parent/Teacher Conferences: Upper and Lower Gym,
by appointment only
8:30 - 10:00 am Athletic practices-athletic fields, Drama-Auditorium, Community
Service-Loft, Dance-Gym Dance Studio
10:00 - 11:30 pm Bookstore open, next to Student Center: School memorabilia available
12:00 - 2:00 pm Buffet Lunch: Stillman Dining Hall
12:30 - 4:30 pm Class Schedule - Each class block meets for 30 minutes,
with a five min. passing time.
Class Period E 12:30 - 1:00 pm Class Period B 2:50 - 3:20 pm
Class Period F 1:05 - 1:35 pm Class Period C 3:25 - 3:55 pm
Class Period G 1:40 - 2:10 pm Class Period D 4:00 - 4:30 pm

Parents encouraged to attend classes and lunch block with their child

4:45 - 5:30 pm Performing Arts Preview and Reception: Scenes from Shakespeare's
The Taming of the Shrew, Pro Deo Musicians, Abbey Singers and
Dancers perform.
5:30 pm Dinner available at the Stillman Dining Hall or off-campus Dinner
permissions (Boarding students are due in their houses by 10:30 pm)
Saturday, October 25
7:20 am Conventual Mass in the Auditorium
7:30 - 11:30 am Registration and Continental Breakfast: Upper Gym Foyer
