Patrick graduated from Portsmouth Abbey in 1986, and originally returned to the School in 1990 to work in the Admissions Office. Since 1998 he has served as the School's Director of Development & Alumni Affairs. He coordinates the School's fundraising programs and manages the Development Office staff. Pat travels regularly to keep alumni, parents and friends informed about major projects and initiatives as well as the latest campus news. Patrick and his wife, Kathleen, live on Cory's Lane with their children Caitlin and Aidan. Jamie has worked in senior executive positions at such major media companies as Time Inc., Macmillan, The Health Network and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. He is also the author or co-author of five books, several plays and many articles in national publications. Jamie has extensive connections to Portsmouth including his father, Class of '36, brothers, Classes of '60, '61, '65 and '73, and numerous other relatives. Jamie is the father of Pierce '09.

Polly joined Portsmouth Abbey in 2002 as a member of the Admissions Office.  In 2003 she made the transition to the Development team where her job now focuses on management of the Annual Fund.  Polly has also assumed a coaching position with the womens' lacrosse program.

Having graduated from Portsmouth in 2000, Pat returned to Cory's lane in 2005 after 4 years at Saint Anselm College. Now back he has joined the Development office staff and is focusing his efforts on young alumni outreach and foundation research. Pat has also assumed coaching roles with the football and basketball programs. Young alums are encouraged to contact Pat with class updates and inquiries.

After a few year hiatus, Kate re-joined the office in September 2006. As Development Officer for Alumni and Parent Programs, Kate directs all events on campus and regionally for Portsmouth Abbey alumni, parents and friends. She also acts as the liaison between the Parents' Committee and the School.  Kate lives with her husband Frank and daughters Francesca and Cecilia in Portsmouth.

Jenna joined Portsmouth Abbey in August of 2004.  She is the Development Coordinator and serves as the manager of the Office of Development, Alumni Affairs and Communications.  In her job Jenna works closely with the Development and Communications teams of the School in an administrative and support role.  Jenna and her husband, Kyle, live in Bristol where they enjoy all of the activities of the town.

Fran joined the Alumni/Development Office in August of 2006.  As the Alumni and Parent Relations Coordinator, Fran works closely with the Development Officer for Alumni & Parent programs to coordinate all facets of our alumni and parent events held on campus and throughout the United States.  Fran lives in Jamestown with her husband Jeff and their two children Elizabeth and Brandon.  Fran's daughter "Liz" is a IV former.

Cindy Waterman

Cindy joined the Development Office in 2007 as the Annual Fund Coordinator responsible for the integrity of the alumni database.  She previously worked for General Dynamics for 20 years in various positions from Human Resources to Purchasing Management.  In 1995, she received her master's degree in accounting and started working in the public accounting arena as a CPA. She is one of three founding directors of the Newport Virtuosos, a non-profit organization aimed at bringing classical music education to the schools through on-site seminars, and the formation of a children's classical orchestra.  She is also on the Board of the Jamestown, Pack 1 Boy Scout troop.  She currently lives in Jamestown with her husband, Will, and children, Christopher, Abbey Class of 2011, and Stephanie.
