School: From Route 95 North. Take Exit 3, Route 236 to South Berwick. At junction of Route 4 take a right, then quick right onto Academy Street. Take first left onto Union Street and right at end of road for athletics.

Dover Ice Arena: 95 North. Take Exit 3, Route 236 to South Berwick (like you are coming to school). At junction of Route 4 go left. Travel approximately 3.5 miles, go through traffic light, Arena is on right hand side

Rochester Arena: From Route 95: Get onto Spaulding Turnpike at Portsmouth Traffic Circle. Go through Dover tollbooth and Rochester tollbooth. Get off Exit 12 after Rochester tollbooth. Take a right. Go through 3 sets of lights, after 3rd set take a right. Rochester arena is on right-hand side of the road about 1/2 mile down.
