Good Morning Golfers,
The weather forecast for tomorrow is not looking good with temperatures in the 40s, rain and high winds. In light of this we have decided to postpone the tournament to Monday, October 26th, the next best available day. Our apologies for this inconvenience but we all agree that rescheduling due to the impending weather is warranted. We sincerely hope you will be able to join us on the 26th.
The schedule for the 26th will be as follows:
9:30 am - Registration; practice and short game areas available
Lookout at Carnegie Abbey Club
10:30 am - Brunch, Clubhouse
11:30 am - Welcome and tournament instruction
Noon - Shotgun start
Post-tournament awards and dinner reception will still take place following play in the Clubhouse.
At this time we ask you to please check your schedules, and let Fran Cook know by Monday, Oct. 19th , if you will still be able to join us. If you are unable to play, we will make arrangements to refund your registration fee, or we would be happy to schedule a tee time with lunch on another mutually convenient day during the year.
