Coach McDougall is a native of Montreal, Canada. She played ice hockey for two years for Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts, and was named MVP her senior year. Coach McDougall also participated in the first-ever girls' Hockey Night in Boston tournament and All-Scholastic Tournament, where she helped lead her teams to consecutive victories. Coach McDougall graduated from Middlebury College in 2000 where the women's hockey team compiled a 90-14-2 record during her four years and helped lead the team to win four ECAC championships and the first-ever Division III National Championship in 2000. In this tournament, she was named to the National Tournament All-Star Team. Ms. McDougall also coaches Varsity Field Hockey, teaches French and is a houseparent in St. Benet's.
