Portsmouth Abbey School - Reunion Weekend 2008

Friday, September 26th
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Registration, Cortazzo Administration Building
5:30 pm - Vespers, Abbey Church

Reunion Golf Outings
Limited golf outings at the Carnegie Abbey Club will be available on Friday September 26th from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Please call Pat Hewett '00 at (401) 643-1235 to arrange a tee time. There is a $50 fee to play, which will include on-course refreshments and caddy fee. Players are responsible for any Club House or Pro-Shop purchases.

Saturday, September 27th
7:00 am - Buffet Breakfast, Stillman Dining Hall
7:20 am - Mass, Abbey Church
7:30 am - Registration, Cortazzo Administration Building
8:00 am - Back to the Classroom, sit in on current Portsmouth Abbey School classes
9:00 am - Alumni Art Exhibit, McEvoy Gallery of the McGuire Fine Arts Center
9:00 am - Admissions Office Hours, call 401-643-1248 to schedule a tour
9:00 am - Back to School with Dom Damian, a special Reunion Class,
                     McGuire Fine Arts Center
9:00 am - School Store Open
tbd am - An insider's tour of the Portsmouth Abbey School wind turbine, Auditorium
10:00 am - The State of Portsmouth Abbey School by Headmaster,
                     James De Vecchi and Faculty, Auditorium
10:00 am - Children's Carnival (until 5:00), In front of the Dome Bede
                    Gorman Squash & Healey Fitness Center
11:00 am - Alumni Panel Discussion with VIth Form. Topic: tbd, Auditorium

1:00 pm - Newport Touring Train, guided tour of Aquidneck Island Coast, Boathouse

10:30 am - Brunch, Stillman Dining Hall
10:30 am - School Store Open
