Topped St. George's 2-1 on October 16. Molly O'Neil and KK Behan scored, but the play of the game was goalie Liz Child's diving stop on a penalty shot that would have tied the game.
Boys Varsity Soccer
Defeated Hyde 5-1 on October 4. Raoul Oloa scored 2 goals, while Cameron Shirley, Rodrigo Bichara, and Martin Minondo each added a goal.
Lost to Tabor 3-2 on October 6. Ian Parks and Martin Minondo each scored a goal, and Raoul Oloa assisted on both goals.
Tied St. George's 1-1 on October 16. Raoul Oloa scored for the Abbey.
Boys JV Soccer
Defeated PCD 5-0 on September 30. Philipp Clasen, Max Kaessens, and Keith Hong each had a goal, and Mike Irving had two.

Lost to Tabor 2-1 on October 4. Stephanie Proulx scored the goal for the Abbey, while HJ Lee and Grace Popham played great defense.

Kathleen Timmons had 22 saves in the October 16 loss to St. George's.
Varsity Field Hockey
Outplayed Concord Academy 4-0 on September 30. Caroline Greene and Ally Boglioli each had a pair of goals.
Naseemah Mohamed has three shutouts this season, as well as an impressive 11 saves in goal against Tabor (10/14), and 16 saves in the game against St George's (10/16).
JV Field Hockey
Played a great game on September 30, but fell to Concord Academy 2-1. Lauren Bissonnette scored the goal.
Boys Cross Country
Steve Garner finished first in the September 30 race against Pomfret and Tabor, which the Abbey won (Pomfret 28-29 and Tabor 19-43).
Placed second out of 5 teams at the Newport County Championships on October 18. Steve Garner took 2nd place overall in the race, followed by Sam Yang in 9th place, and Jesse Estok in 10th place. Steve Garner, Sam Yang and Jesse Estok earned All-County status by virtue of their placings.
Defeated Worcester Academy 22-37 on October 21. Abbey took 5 of the top 7 places, with Steve Garner winning the race, followed by Jesse Estok in 3rd, Sam Yang in 5th, Brendan Connolly in 6th, and Matt Penney in 7th.
Girls Cross Country
Brianne Rok and Brigitte Spillane finished 4th and 5th overall against Pomfret and Tabor on September 30.
Placed third out of 5 teams at the Newport County Championships on October 18. Brianne Rok took 6th and Brigitte Spillane took 8th. Brianne Rok and Brigitte Spillane earned All-County status by virtue of their placings.
Varsity Football
Remains undefeated in the season.
Defeated Hyde 14-7 on September 30. Nick White threw a 32 yard Touchdown pass to Zach Allen and also ran for an 18 yard score. Julian Allison and Harry Holden played well on the offensive line and Rob Turner had three interceptions.
Defeated Dexter 40-8. Joey Mitchell threw two touchdown passes to Rob Turner and Dave Garvey. Ryan Silva scored two touchdowns and Ryan Andrews one. Rogan von Gruisen had an interception.
JV Football
Defeated Hyde 20-6. John LeComte and Kevin Wooters each ran for over 70 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Ben Theriault accounted for the other Ravens score when he linked up with Spence Lambrecht on a 30 yard touchdown pass.
