The Raven reappears. Through the work of our Communications Office, namely Kathy Heydt, and the input of countless students and community members, we have reintroduced the Portsmouth Abbey community to the Raven, our able winged mascot. The calligraphic word 'Raven' is tribute to Father Bede, whose hand painted Ravens still frame our basketball courts, hockey rink, and Student Center walls.
