Form III October 2022

Hello Third Form Parents,

We hope your Third Former is enjoying some beautiful fall days at school.  Our daughter has shared some really beautiful pictures of the campus and many of the fun activities.  We also understand that the Homecoming weekend and dance were a big success.

We are looking forward to Parents’ Weekend next week.  It is always such a nice weekend and one we look forward to each year.  We enjoy going to classes and meeting so many wonderful teachers.  On Saturday afternoon it is nice to attend many of the sporting events on campus.

Last week you should have received your child’s Advisory Grades and hope you have had an opportunity to discuss this with your student.  You can use the Advisory Grades as well as conversations with your child to help prioritize your teacher conference requests for Parents’ Weekend.  The first set of grades may be a time when your child takes some time to reflect on how well they are balancing school, activities, and fun.  There is certainly enough time left in the term to make a difference if needed to improve.  Remember to ask your child how their weekly Advisory Meetings are going.  If you haven’t already established a connection with your child’s Advisor, now might be a good time to check-in.
