Living Art Show

Alex '22 and Mary '24 recreate Frida Kahlo's 1939 painting 'The Two Fridas'

The Annual Living Art Show returned this year before students departed for summer vacation. Each year, under the direction of Mrs. Allie Micheletti '05, Art History AP students quite literally bring their favorite pieces of art to life, creating tableaux of famous works of art. While the event usually is held in and around the McEvoy Gallery, this year it was completely outdoors with students spread out behind the Science Building in the Regents' Courtyard. In total there were twelve works of art on display, and the breezy late spring evening made the perfect backdrop for this popular event.
