The Portsmouth Abbey Alumni community is composed of more than 4,000 loyal Ravens around the globe.

As the global, national, and local impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve day by day, Portsmouth Abbey School has been taking the necessary precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our community. This applies to our engagement with our Alumni community as well. For now, the Abbey's physical campus and residence houses are closed, and School-sponsored travel to international and domestic locations has been cancelled or suspended. But these limitations are not barriers.

We encourage our Alumni to remain connected with the School and with each other, now more than ever. With an understanding of our history and traditions and a desire to improve our future, Alumni are an invaluable resource for our community. We thank you for all you do for Portsmouth Abbey School.

With this in mind, the Office of Development & Alumni Affairs is pleased to offer the following opportunities for engagement between now and June 30th:

1. Online Alumni Community and Alumni Directory – In April, the Development Office will begin emailing Alumni with an invitation for them to register for our new global online alumni community. This resource will provide Alumni access to a searchable online alumni directory which will allow them to connect with a worldwide network of Ravens. The resource also includes several other useful features that will be detailed in the email. If you have not received an email or if you have questions about how to register, please contact

3. Nominate a Raven – If you know of an alumnus/ae who is contributing in some way to the fight against the coronavirus, we would like to highlight their work through the School’s social media platforms.
