Broadening access
Providing access to education has long been a cornerstone of the Benedictine tradition. Approximately 50% of our students receive some form of financial aid, totaling more than $7.2 million. Yet each year we lose talented students - often from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds- because our offers fall short of those of our peer schools.
Expanding the endowment in support of financial aid would let us extend more competitive offers and create great opportunities for a broader array of families. With a wider pool of applicants, our selectivity will increase and the overall student experience will improve.

Our current facilitites, built generations ago, no longer match the needs of today's students or the standards of peer institutions.
