When an anonymous note sends a newlywed wife in search of help, Miss Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Dorothy Watson join forces to uncover the dark secrets surrounding a corrupt police inspector—whose wives have a troubling habit of turning up dead.

But solving the case is only part of the challenge. In Victorian London, where society dictates what women can and cannot do, Miss Holmes and Dr. Watson must also fight against the limits placed upon them—one as a brilliant detective dismissed for her gender, the other as a physician working at the only hospital that will hire a woman.

Inspired by the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, "Miss Holmes" reimagines the legendary duo in a new light—two extraordinary women daring to defy convention in their pursuit of truth and justice.

"Miss Holmes" will be presented in the Auditorium at Portsmouth Abbey School Saturday, November 15 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 16 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults adn $5 for students and seniors (children 12 and under are free) and can be purchased at the door.
