Parent Relations Update February 2026
Winter Family Day 2026 was a great way to celebrate our students and faculty doing what they do best – teaching and learning! Thank you for spending the morning with us in the classrooms, sharing a meal together in Stillman, and cheering on our Ravens at our athletic contests. Our next family events will be GRANDPARENTS DAY AND SPRING FAMILY DAY - Designed to bring Abbey families together, the day promises to be filled with activities for all to enjoy with families and friends. Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 25, 2026 - Grandparents Day will be in the morning and Spring Family Day extends from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. The invitation will be sent to parents after March break. Thank you to Senora Tonone de Sala and our International Student Leaders for creating a spirited celebration for the 2026 Lunar New Year! Mr. and Mrs. Walter offered students the traditional Red Envelopes with Chocolate Lunar Coins at dinner followed by a student and parent-organized celebration in the Student Center for the entire community to enjoy. Traditional snacks were enjoyed by all while watching the streaming of the Spring Festival. A special thank you to our Chinese parents who contributed to the festivities.
